Shop Foreman

Division: Dynamic Machine Shop

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to provide leadership on the Machine Shop floor.

It is the responsibility of the Foreman to manage an efficient and profitable Shop. He/she will operate the shop at maximum efficiency, controlling expenses, building customer enthusiasm, nurturing team member enthusiasm, setting and achieving financial objectives and maintaining adequate records.

Duties include direct supervision of our talented machinists running CNC, Tool & Die, and manual milling and turning machines to make the smallest bushing or anything up to 30 tons to exceed the expectations of the most important part of our business, our customers.

Active participation with the management team is imperative to fulfill the organization�s goals and to provide the highest service levels expected by external and internal customers, shareholders and staff.

Required Experience:
This position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Technical Sales Representative

Division: Dynamic Machine Shop

Job Description:

As a key member of the Dynamic Machine Corp team, the Technical Sales Representative - Mechanical Products will be responsible for the selling and marketing of Dynamic Machine Corp Mechanical products and solutions and for achieving annual sales targets. This individual will be responsible for the development of the sales strategy and plan, including customer target accounts, prospecting, sales lead follow-up and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers. He/she will ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded through the delivery of technical advice and support, troubleshooting and providing resolution to inquiries as they arise.

Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Sales Generation:
• Undertake sales planning and develop sales strategies through market analysis.
• Continually grow customer base and sales opportunities through the development of strong working relationships with current and prospective clients, the delivery of excellent customer service and exceptional product and application knowledge.
• Continually source and prospect new clients; conducting sales calls including cold calls and lead and referral follow up to present product solutions and increase sales in assigned territory.
• Perform various other prospecting activities including market overviews and client project analysis in order to provide appropriate product solutions.
• Conduct follow up with customers on orders, quotes and service requested; undertaking activities to ensure the sale, such as the sourcing of competitor information and the analysis of competitor product offerings, application and pricing in order to overcome client objectives.
• Conduct lunch and learns in order to promote and sell principal products.
• Follow up customer orders with inside sales to ensure delivery, potential delays or other issues are appropriately and pre-emptively addressed.
• Review projects to ensure adherence to established timelines and deadlines, providing updates as required.
• Travel to customer locations in order to deliver sales meetings; conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Liaise with sales staff and suppliers in order to gather pertinent information and facilitate a unified sales effort.
• Develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications and product offerings.

Customer Service and Technical Support:
• Ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded, providing technical support, advice, troubleshooting as well as product and application expertise as requested.
• Provide customers with technical advice and solutions based upon product offerings.
• Conduct product specific training seminars for new employees as required.
• Assist customers with start-up and commissioning of sold products.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, sales representatives, suppliers, principals and other relevant parties; formally responding to and addressing inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide customer assistance with respect to delivery, breakdowns or required repair of products.

Additional Responsibilities
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Produce regular sales and supplier reports.
• May have special markets/complex product lines assigned, that require significant client relationship skills
• Perform other duties as required.

Mobile Hose Repair

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for a Hose Doctor to provide mobile hydraulic services to construction and industry.

- full product training will be provided and excellent career opportunities exist;
- after hours availability is necessary;
- excellent customer service focus and ability to maintain and grow customer base including up-selling;
- outgoing personality with the ability to promote services and products;
- requires a valid Driver's License;
- motivated, self-starter, team player;
- ability to work hard and in harsh climates;

We will supply a truck and hydraulic products for sale. Remuneration is a competitive wage plus commissions.

Required Experience:
- ideally trade qualified Mechanical/Hydraulic mechanic with an understanding of hydraulic systems;
- previous experience in hydraulics an advantage, but not essential;
- excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- ability to read engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics desirable;
- ability to meet deadlines and targets;
- mature attitude and ability to work unsupervised;
- other related duties as required.
